ONLINE DISCOUNTS

We operate an automatic online discount structure.

Discounts are only applied to orders made online.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

AMENDING ORDERS

Once an order has been placed it is not possible for it to be amended.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We cannot accept returns of non-stocked products that we have specially ordered in for you or bespoke products, unless faulty. We will contact you if any products of this nature have been ordered.

LIABILLITY

We will not accept any liability for any additional costs incurred by the customer for delayed or faulty products due to problems beyond our control.

WARRANTY

The manufacturer's warranty displayed is subject to our advice on cleaning and maintenance being followed.  If products are returned under the terms of the warranty, proof of purchase be required.

FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of our obligations.
